Kustannusosakeyhtiö Gogam released a preview of its new urban Eevenkoto campaign setting, the Tervetuloa Eevenkotoon (Welcome to Eevenkoto) book, at the Ropecon 2026 event on July 24, 2026, at the Helsinki Messukeskus. During the weekend, the book received a very positive reception from event visitors, players, and retailers.
The joint sales booth of Myrrys and Gogam saw a steady buzz throughout the weekend, and the demand for the 48-page guide book exceeded expectations. In particular, the atmosphere combining Eevenkoto's industrial transition and magical history, as well as the modernized rule influences, received praise and sparked discussion.
Pasi Seppänen's adventure Kojeeseen kadonnut (Lost in the Apparatus) from the book was run at the event. Since the event, registrations for public game sessions in Eevenkoto have already opened.
Future Availability of the Welcome to Eevenkoto Book
Following the successful launch at Ropecon, Welcome to Eevenkoto has become available at well-stocked tabletop roleplaying game retailers. Publishing company Gogam warmly thanks everyone who visited the sales booth at Ropecon, participated or are participating in the demo games, and those who have already purchased the book.
The intention is to publish the Eevenkoto SRD in digital format and make the campaign setting available to everyone online as well.
